Roger Daltrey, The Who, Paris, 1972
This outdoor festival was established in the 1930s by the French Communist Party, and is still put on annually in Paris. 1972 looks like it was particularly good year with Pink Floyd and Leonard Cohen on the bill. The band did several gigs in Europe prior to this and of course Daltrey and Townshend were also busy with the orchestral version of 'Tommy'.
