Roger Daltrey leads the band in this cool photo taken at The Marquee. The world-famous venue was located in Wardour Street at the time, and hosted a Who residency as early as 1964. The band played there 29 times between 1964 and 1968 with their audiences rising from 40 at their first gig to exceed all previous attendance records at the venue.
